• Trench foundations
• Protect plants, shrubs & surrounding areas
• Repair cracks/bad wood
• Extensive caulking
• Pressure wash (removes caulking, mildew, peeling paint, etc.)
• Apply Lox-On sealer to all paintable surfaces
• Apply high grade, high quality 25 year paint
• Clean up when job is finished

8 Step Interior Painting System

• Mask all floors, windows, doors, hardware & furniture
• Remove all nails from walls and repair holes
• Remove all dirt and debris from walls and baseboards
• Sand and caulk where necessary
• Cover floor and furniture with protective drop cloths
• Apply high quality interior paint finish coat
• Use two coats of paint
• Clean up when job is finished
